Our 40 years of experience and seniorarity of commercial agencies from 1980-2000 has given us more knowledge in the field. Dr. SAFFAR born at Iraq in 1945 to start marketing from very early stages after learning the basics of Business. The year 1970 was a starting timage of real attachment in export-import business. Then to consultany work for more adaptational experience time of industry foundation up to 1980 where experience and science worked to-gather of posted graduate carrier adopted by PHD, Business level and more than 30 Science, social economic , management works.
